I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Janet of Thermtech in Swannanoa, NC when I called to order glass doors for our fireplace. The particular doors were discontinued. However, she was able to locate the doors from a nearby distributor. When I picked them up Thermtech’s showroom, I also scheduled a service tech to come to my house to check a problem I was having with another gas fireplace. The tech, Rick, arrived when scheduled and found a defective part. I also pointed out to him that the track for the galls doors that I had picked up the previous day was broken. A new set of doors were ordered, which I have now installed. The parts for my gas fireplace were ordered by Thermtech and will arrive shortly and I am looking forward to having them installed. Everyone that I have spoken to at Thermtech was very professional and caring about what they did, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their many products and services.
